Challenge

The TAFE and Community Credit Union Limited is providing financial services for NSW TAFE employees and their families since 1957.

The TAFE and Community Credit Union Limited needed a web site to provide a better communication as well as adding value to their members.

Solution

A simple layout design and navigation is chosen to create a user friendly website to cater member from different age groups and backgrounds to find the information quickly and effectively.

The main corporate colour is used:

Yellow, for optimism; and
Black, for power

And two additional colours are added to complement corporate colour:

Green, for money, youth and renewal; and
Blue, to represent trust and security

The colours portrayed the credit union as secure and reliable, able to astutely manage and invest member’s money; and a new and fresh approach to improve communication and services with optimism moving forward to the future.

Results

The new web site projected a new, fresh looking image and simple navigation.

The web site can be easily and regularly updated providing members with the latest news, new information and offerings from the credit union.
